This Privacy Policy covers the Hustle & Heart Motivation mobile app (the "App").

The short version

The App works fully without an account, and everything you do in the App stays on your device. If you choose to create an account, we collect only what's needed to sync your data across your devices — that's it.

Information we collect

Without an account, we do not collect any personal information. The following is stored only on your device and is never sent to us or anyone else:

- Your selected motivation topics and app preferences (including language)

- Your favorite quotes and daily streak

- Your gratitude journal entries

- Your notification preferences

If you choose to sign in (optional), we also collect:

- Your email address, provided by Sign in with Apple or Google sign-in and handled by our authentication provider, Supabase.

- Your favorites, journal entries, and streak, so they can sync to your account and be restored on your devices.

Signing in is always your choice. The App never requires an account.

Notifications

If you allow notifications, the App schedules motivational reminders locally on your device. No notification data ever leaves your device. You can turn notifications off at any time in the App's settings or in your device settings.

What we do not do

- We do not collect advertising identifiers.

- We do not use analytics or tracking tools.

- We do not share or sell any data. If you sign in, your account information is stored only with Supabase, our authentication and sync provider, solely so your account works.

- We do not collect your precise location, contacts, photos, or files.

Children's privacy

The App is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

Deleting your data

If you never signed in, all of your data lives only on your device, and you can delete everything at any time by uninstalling the App or clearing the App's data in your device settings.

If you created an account, you can delete it at any time in the App: open Settings, tap Account, and tap Delete Account. This permanently deletes your account and your synced data, and also wipes the App's data from your device. You can also request deletion by emailing contact@beatrackfam.info.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we will post the updated version on this page and revise the date above.
